2.2 You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address for account verification.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.4 You may not share your account with others or impersonate any person.

2.5 Each person may maintain only one account unless authorized by us.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates our Content Standards (see Article 4)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Attempt to circumvent the payment system or reading restrictions
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities without reporting them
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, promotions, or ranking systems
• Post spam, repetitive content, or intentionally low-quality comments
• Attempt to artificially manipulate vote counts, ratings, or popularity metrics

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform must not contain:

• Child sexual exploitation or minor pornography
• Explicit sexual acts or obscene content
• Incitement to terrorism or violent extremism
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Copyright-infringing materials
• Defamatory or privacy-infringing content
• Spam, malware, or phishing content
• Content promoting illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Platform is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish any content without authorization from the rights holder.

5.2 Authors retain ownership of their works. The applicable publishing agreement governs the license granted to the Platform.

5.3 We respect copyright and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

6. Points and Payments

6.1 The Platform uses virtual points ("Points") as its internal currency for unlocking content and supporting authors.

6.2 Points may be purchased through authorized payment methods. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3 Points have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for real currency except as expressly provided (e.g., author withdrawals).

6.4 We reserve the right to adjust Points pricing and policies. Any changes affecting existing Points balances will be notified in advance.

6.5 Unauthorized acquisition or transfer of Points may result in account suspension and forfeiture of Points.

7. Reading and Unlocking Content

7.1 The Platform offers both free and paid content. Paid chapters require Points to unlock.

7.2 Once unlocked, a chapter remains accessible to your account indefinitely, subject to Platform availability.

7.3 Human translations may require an additional fee to unlock. This fee supports translator contributions.

7.4 You may vote for your preferred translation. Votes are final after the settlement period (3 days).

8. Account Restrictions

8.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8.2 Restrictions may include: Mute (temporary comment ban), Ban (temporary login ban), or Permanent Ban.

8.3 Users may delete their account at any time. Certain data may be retained as required by law.

8.4 Upon account termination for cause, unused Points may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• That any particular content will remain available

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or Points resulting from account suspension for cause
• Content posted by users or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via Platform announcement or email. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties.
