Its original intent is to provide users with uninterrupted, high-quality digital reading services. Therefore, it is recommended that you read these terms carefully before using the platform's services.
1. Nature of Platform Services
World Chain Novel (hereinafter referred to as 'the Platform') only provides users with upload space services for their original works. All users must upload their own original works and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights and related rights of others. The Platform will not edit or modify the content of works uploaded by users in any form, nor will it derive any economic benefit from the publishing activities of such content providers. If any user discovers that a work uploaded to the Platform infringes on the rights of others, please notify us by email.
2. Intellectual Property Protection
The Platform has always placed great importance on intellectual property protection and complies with the intellectual property laws, regulations, and binding normative documents of the Cayman Islands and all operating regions. We firmly believe that the legitimate rights and interests of copyright owners should be respected and protected by law. The Platform resolutely opposes any behavior that violates relevant copyright laws and regulations. Since we cannot fully monitor all content uploaded by users to the Platform, we have established measures and procedures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights holders. When copyright owners and/or rights holders who can legally exercise information network dissemination rights (hereinafter referred to as 'Rights Holders') discover that user-uploaded content on the Platform infringes their information network dissemination rights, the Rights Holder should first issue a rights notice to the Platform, and the Platform will take measures to remove the relevant content in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
3. Infringement Complaint Procedures and Steps
If you are the copyright owner of a work and/or a rights holder who can legally exercise information network dissemination rights, and you believe that user-uploaded content on the Platform infringes your information network dissemination rights for such works, please use the Platform's reporting function or notify us in writing by email. You shall be responsible for the truthfulness of the statements in your written notice.
To facilitate the Platform's timely processing of your feedback, your notice should include at least the following:
- Your name (or entity name) and identification (including ID card, legal person license, business license, and other valid identification documents), contact information (including email address), and physical address;
- The title of the work requested to be removed and its address on the Platform;
- Preliminary evidence of infringement. Please note that the following materials may constitute preliminary evidence: proof of your ownership of copyright or legal right to exercise information network dissemination rights for the allegedly infringing work; evidence demonstrating the infringement facts of the allegedly infringing work (such as relevant copyright registration certificates or original manuscripts, etc.);
- Your handwritten signature or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a notice that meets the above requirements, we will take corresponding measures, including removal. If the above conditions are not met, we will request you to provide additional information and will temporarily refrain from taking measures such as removal.
4. User Consent and Disclaimer
Users who upload works to the Platform are deemed to agree to the above and adopted corresponding measures of the Platform. The Platform shall not bear any liability for breach of contract or any other legal liability arising therefrom, including liability for damages caused to original uploading users due to unsuccessful infringement claims. The Platform will send an email notification to the user who uploaded such works upon receiving the above notice. For users who repeatedly upload allegedly infringing works, we will cancel their user eligibility.
5. Governing Law
The establishment, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this copyright notice shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. If any provision of this copyright notice conflicts with applicable law, such provision shall be reinterpreted entirely in accordance with the law, while the remaining valid provisions shall continue in effect. Any dispute arising from the content or execution of this copyright notice shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction in the Cayman Islands.
